From Date

If you want to calculate metrics from a specific date to the current time (to the second!) then you can use the ->from($date) method.

The date should be Carbon-like instances (i.e. \Carbon\Carbon, \Illuminate\Support\Carbon, \Carbon\CarbonImmutable).
